The RCB and customer service team have done an amazing job with losing me as a customer. Phone lines never get answered, message feature on the app is broken, email responses on emails are very slow, sales people with direct numbers don't answer or respond. Worst company to deal with. I will actively be advocating against Mamopay within my business community.

A business app and service which does not have a live chat or responds fast deserves lowest rating. I have sent an important msg over 24 hours back through the logged in portal and no acknowledgement or reply. Disappointing. We used Stripe Payment instead. Much better service.

This website charge more then the other payment gateway and also if you have a bug amount they don't give back
